Shipping Policy
At FILO, every order is prepared and delivered with care.
Important: preparation time is separate from delivery time. Delivery starts once your order has been prepared.
Order preparation
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 7 business days for preparation. During launches, sales or busy periods it may take slightly longer.
Delivery fees
- Doha: 40 QAR · free on orders of 1,500 QAR or more
- Qatar, outside Doha: 70 QAR
- Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman: 120 QAR
- Other international destinations: 120 QAR
Delivery within Qatar
Orders within Qatar are delivered by our local delivery service, usually within 1–3 business days after preparation.
International shipping
International orders ship with trusted couriers, including DHL, usually within 2–7 business days after preparation, depending on the destination and customs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, customs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees in the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or delivery fee. FILO is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delivery details
Please make sure your address and contact details are complete and correct. FILO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a package is returned to us for this reason, or because it was not received, additional delivery fees may apply.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order is delayed, we'll help you follow up with the courier. Once an order has been handed to the courier, FILO is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages or issues caused by third-party providers.
